What is my warranty?

    There is a LIFETIME warranty of manufacture’s defects on all PVC, hardware, glass, and general assembly.
    There is a 5 year warranty on all factory paints, foils, and on fiberglass doors.
    Valid only for the original purchaser with our receipt of your warranty registration card within one year from purchase date.  You must have your original purchase invoice.
    You will only get a 1 year warranty on all windows and doors if we didn’t receive your registration card.
    Warranties do not apply on general wear and tear. IE: broken glass
    Improper installation will void warranty.  All warranties are subject to inspection and approval.

I didn't get a warranty registration card, am I still covered?

    Gr8 Window Ltd implemented the warranty registration procedure in August 2009.
    Any windows purchased before that date fall into the previous warranty coverage as follows;

    Warranties are subject to inspection and approval.
    You must have original purchase invoice.

    If your window was purchased after August 2009 and you don’t have a warranty registration card,
    you can contact us and we will send one out to you.
